Experimental design: High-concentration positive and negative samples were used

to carry out cross-contamination tests on the ANDiS system for 12 consecutive

library preparation batches based on a 4-channel crossover design. After sequencing,

the number of reads for negative samples with contaminants detected was analyzed

to calculate the contamination ratio and assess the level of contamination.

Results of 24 negative samples (average sequencing depth of 20,300x) showed 0 contamination reads.
